Our firm has been providing Notarial services in Vancouver for over 30 years. The practice was initially located in Chinatown, then relocated to South Granville in 2000. Besides English, the office speaks Mandarin and Cantonese and is familiar with documents for use in China.
Susan was born in Sidney, BC, and raised in Hong Kong for most of her childhood. She has been a member of the Society of Notaries Public since December 1993. She is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, and has been practicing at the current location for 13 years. She has a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of British Columbia.
She was a board member of the Society of Notaries Public and has served the board from 2004 to 2006 and from 2011 to 2018, and served on various Committees including the Membership & Credentials, Education, and Information & Privacy, to name a few. She was also a governor of the Notary Foundation. She has been a Director for the Vancouver Rhythmic Gymnastics Society and a provincial-level judge for the Rhythmic Gymnastics Sport. She is currently the Vice Chair of Kong Chow Benevolent Association, the President of the Chinese Performing Arts Society of Canada, and is on the Chinese Advisor Committee of the Alzheimer’s Society.

Rosalyn was born and raised in Vancouver. She has a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition from the University of British Columbia, and a Masters of Arts in Applied Legal Studies from Simon Fraser University. After being commissioned as a Notary in May 2013, she joined Susan’s practice making it British Columbia’s first and only mother-daughter Notary team!
Besides working full time as a Notary Public, Rosalyn is a former Vice-President of the Ambassador’s Club at the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade and a recipient of the Company of Young Professional’s Engaged Leadership Certificate, which recognizes contributions in leadership, networking, development and community volunteerism. She is also a certified pole fitness instructor at Tantra Fitness, a certified judge for pole sports and the BC Representative for the Canadian Pole Sports Federation.
From a young age, she was involved with various sports and activities as she devoted herself to her passions. She was a competitive National Stream Rhythmic Gymnast for 8 years, achieved all levels of musical theory and piano level 10, and is trained in the art of Chinese dance. In 2013 she won an international title in Shenzhen, China for Chinese traditional dance, and is now a competitive pole fitness athlete and the 2017 Canadian Pole Fitness Champion.
